As the temperature drops and the holiday season gets here, we’re excited to spend a lot of time with our friends and family. It’s the perfect season to make memories with those you love. We’re partnering with Glenlore Trails to help one reader make some beautiful memories with their Winter light installation – Aurora. One winner will win four tickets to experience Aurora – read more about it below and how you can enter to win!
About Aurora
The holiday season is among us and with that comes the return of AURORA, an immersive wintery outdoor holiday experience through an enchanted forest filled with holiday lights and holiday sounds that is perfect for all ages. Guests will be amazed and entertained as they stroll through over ½ million festive lights, exciting displays, interactive experiences and games, holiday sounds and much more, all throughout the one-mile-long wonderous holiday-themed night walk. In addition, Santa’s personal mailbox will be in place at ticket check-in for children to bring their letters with special delivery to the North Pole.
Glenlore Trails AURORA is an outdoor experience, set up along one mile of wooded, manicured (not paved) trail. The trail is stroller, wagon, and wheelchair accessible.
AURORA runs from November 17 through December 30 and is open Thursday – Sunday evenings. Start times vary by day but typically begin around 5:00 pm with the final entry around 10:00 pm.
Glenlore Trail is located at 3860 Newton Road in Commerce Township.
