This is where Zipz Premium Wines come into the picture, they sent me a sampling of their different wines to try out and review. Single serve wines are the new “it” thing when it comes to the shelves of the liquor area of the store. They come in all different shapes and sizes, but not all are created equally.

Zipz Wine get their name from the perforated strip down one side of the bottle, that you pull that you can literally “unzip” to get to your wine. Each “glass”, which is actually made from a strong PET plastic that gives the appearance of glass, also has a screw on lid, and a freshness seal under that. The lid actually can work as a way to stack more than one Zipz glass on top of another, or turn it upside down and it will attach to the glass. You wont lose your lid if you’re out and about, and it can turn it into a coaster.
The portable design of Zipz make it ideal for taking to parties, outings, picnics or just for the occasional drink without cracking into a full bottle of wine. The design also eliminates the need to have a bottle opener, and makes it extremely user friendly for all mobility levels.
For someone like me who only likes an occasional drink, but I love the flexibility and easy of traveling with Zipz wine glasses. Inside each one is a large glass of high quality wine – and they of course had my favorite – Pinot Grigio! With a little chilling, the glass was the perfect way to end the evening – and while it may not be the super expensive wine – the size and price point is perfect for me!
