Advance tickets for 20th Century Studios’ and New Regency’s terrifying thriller “Barbarian” are on sale now. A new “terror” content piece and film clip from “Barbarian,” opening in theaters in the U.S. and Canada on Friday, September 9, are also available.
In “Barbarian,” a young woman traveling to Detroit for a job interview books a rental home. But when she arrives late at night, she discovers that the house is double booked, and a strange man is already staying there. HOW SHE ROLLS PREMIERING ON PBS LIVING SEPTEMBER 12
Returning for a second season on PBS LIVING this September comes the next chapter of “How She Rolls,” the culinary series that follows the life of Carrie Morrey, award-winning baker, author, business owner and most importantly, mother, wife and daughter. The first season followed Carrie as her family and business, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, went through, in real time, the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, when she learned to balance being a mom with the pressures of being a business owner during a world health crisis.
In season two, Carrie experiences the growing success of her business, which leads to more challenges. New players, rising costs, store closures and health issues create obstacles, but also help her refocus personally and professionally.

Justin Roiland voices Leroy, the oldest sibling in the family, Leroy is an optimistic, hard working guy who’s only dream for as long as he can remember has been to make and host his own variety show. He and his brother Reggie are very close and are usually on the same page creatively.
Zach Hadel (“Smiling Friends”) plays Reggie, the short fused, fast talking little brother of the family with a foul mouth and a tendency to let his temper get in the way of doing his job as a host.
Pamela Adlon (“Better Things”) plays Cheruce, the alienated middle child who has her own ideas for how the special should have gone. She’s bitter and holds a grudge against her brothers for not embracing her ideas.
Rounding out the main cast are Vatche Panos, who voices Little Long Legs, the Paloni’s long-legged young cousin who seems to care only about candy and having fun; and Kari Wahlgren, who voices Aunt Stephanie, the Paloni’s selfish and gullible aunt who feels that motherhood has robbed her of her best years.

In Women Talking, a group of women, many of whom disagree on essential things, have a conversation to figure out how they might move forward together to build a better world for themselves and their children.
Though the backstory behind the events in Women Talking is violent, the film is not. We never see the violence that the women have experienced. We see only short glimpses of the aftermath. Instead, we watch a community of women come together as they must decide, in a very short space of time, what their collective response will be.
