PROJECT HAIL MARY | Streaming Exclusively on MGM+ June 18th

Amaze amaze amaze! Starting Thursday, June 18, 2026, the acclaimed 2026 sci-fi blockbuster “Project Hail Mary” from Amazon MGM Studios will be available to stream exclusively on MGM+ in the U.S. and internationally.

Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship light years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there. As his memory returns, he begins to uncover his mission: solve the riddle of the mysterious substance causing the sun to die out. He must call on his scientific knowledge and unorthodox ideas to save everything on Earth from extinction… but an unexpected friendship means he may not have to do it alone.

ENONGO | Premiering Exclusively on IndiePix Unlimited on June 19th

What does it mean to be a Black woman rapper, a Cornell Ph.D. candidate, a teacher, and a proud nerd — all at once? ENONGO sets out to answer that question with honesty and style.

An award-winning animation-documentary hybrid from Director Kevin Schreck, the film follows Enongo Lumumba-Kasongo — known as SAMMUS — as she tours North America, records a new album, and navigates a full-time music career alongside academic life. With her autobiographical, afrofuturism-inspired music, she tackles mental health, identity, race, gaming, and feminism, earning a devoted following that spans activists, hip-hop heads, punks, and proud geeks alike.

The film blends vérité footage with hand-drawn animation created entirely by an all-Black women team — the first in the history of feature filmmaking — bringing to life the interior world behind the public persona: the Ithaca upbringing, the years teaching in Houston, the return to Cornell, and the music that threads it all together.

Intimate, empowering, and wholly original, ENONGO is a story of survival, artistic creation, and a woman who consistently, defiantly, thinks outside boxes.

CAMP SNOOPY | Season 2 Premieres on Apple TV+ June 26th

Apple TV unveiled the trailer for season two of “Camp Snoopy,” premiering globally on Friday, June 26. In season two, Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts are looking forward to carefree time in the majestic landscape of Camp Spring Lake. Along with Charlie Brown and the rest of the Peanuts gang, join Snoopy and the birds as they hike, swim, and leap their way through another round of fun and adventure in the Great Outdoors, searching for the elusive hedge toad, building towering sandcastles and debating the merits of hot dogs versus hamburgers.

Produced for Apple TV by Peanuts and WildBrain, the series is based on the Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz and is directed by Rob Boutilier. Executive producers are Paige Braddock, Chris Bracco, Rob Boutilier, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts and Logan McPherson.

MOANA | Experience it in IMAX – In Theaters July 10th

On Thursday, July 9th, in celebration of opening day, movie fans can be among the first to see Moana in IMAX by attending the “Moana IMAX Fan Event”, beginning at 6PM local time at participating IMAX theatres nationwide. Ticketholders attending this event will receive an exclusive Heart Of Te Fiti Bag Charm, while supplies last.

Tickets for Disney’s highly anticipated reimagining of “Moana,” in theaters July 10, are now on sale. An all-new trailer for the film – starring Catherine Lagaʻaia as the determined wayfinder Moana and Dwayne Johnson, who reprises his role as the trickster demigod Maui – is now available.

THE ODYSSEY | New Featurette – In Theaters July 17th

Christopher Nolan’s next film, The Odyssey, is a mythic action epic shot across the world using brand new IMAX®film technology. The film brings Homer’s foundational saga to IMAX® film screens for the first time and opens in theaters everywhere on July 17, 2026.

The Odyssey stars Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson and Lupita Nyong’o, with Zendaya and Charlize Theron.

The Odyssey is produced by Emma Thomas and Christopher Nolan for their company, Syncopy. The executive producer is Thomas Hayslip.

HADESTOWN: THE MUSICAL | In Theaters July 24th

The live theater capture of the hit musical HADESTOWN, which won eight Tony Awards in 2019 including Best Musical and the 2020 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, featuring the five original principals of the Broadway company. The genre-defying new musical blends modern American folk music with New Orleans-inspired jazz to reimagine a sweeping ancient tale. Following two intertwining love stories — that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of King Hades and his wife Persephone —HADESTOWN invited audiences on a hell-raising journey to the underworld and back.

CENTER STAGE | Returns to Theaters for its 35th Anniversary Beginning August 7th

International superstar Maggie Cheung embodies tragic silent screen siren Ruan Lingyu, known as the “Greta Garbo of China,” in this unconventional biopic by Hong Kong New Wave master Stanley Kwan. Praised for her moving and emotive onscreen presence, Ruan’s private life, which was frequent fodder for the vicious Shanghai tabloids, began to mirror the melodramas which brought her fame, culminating in her suicide at age 24. Kwan and Cheung paint a kaleidoscopic yet intimate portrait of the ill-fated actress, deftly blending lush period drama, archival footage, and metatextual documentary sequences of Cheung reflecting on Ruan’s lasting legacy. The result is, much like the films of Ruan Lingyu themselves, “tender, vivid and almost overwhelmingly moving” (Time Out).

Presented by Fortune Star Media Limited, the 4K restoration of the film, being released in North American Theaters in celebration of the landmark film’s 35th Anniversary, was carried out from the original 35mm picture and optical soundtrack negative. The prints were repaired, cleaned and scanned in Hong Kong, then digitally restored in 4K resolution in Bologna, Italy by L’Immagine Ritrovata. Endorsed by the director, Stanley Kwan, the color correction was completed by Interface Video Production Ltd in Hong Kong.

PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE | New Trailer – In Theaters August 14th

After their ship gets caught in a mysterious storm, the PAW Patrol pups crash land on an uncharted tropical island filled with dinosaurs. They meet Rex, a pup who has been stranded on the island for years and has become an expert in all things dino-related. When the PAW Patrol’s archrival, Mayor Humdinger, begins recklessly mining in hopes of exploiting the island for its natural resources, he inadvertently causes a huge, dormant volcano to erupt. THE SOCIAL RECKONING | In Theaters October 9th

A companion piece to the hit film The Social Network, Sorkin’s original screenplay is based on the events that gave rise to the Wall Street Journal’s shocking exposé The Facebook Files. The film is inspired by the true story of how Frances Haugen (Madison), a young Facebook engineer, enlists the help of Jeff Horwitz (White), a Wall Street Journal reporter, to go on a dangerous journey that ends up blowing the whistle on the social network’s most guarded secrets.

RIVALS | Season 2 Premieres on Hulu in November

Alongside the launch of the “Rivals” season two mid-season finale, Hulu has released the official teaser trailer for the second batch of six brand-new episodes.

Following a shocking turn of events, the residents of Rutshire are rocked by tragedy, scandal and betrayal as the battle between Venturer and Corinium reaches breaking point.

BRITBOX ANNOUNCES HERCULE, STARRING EDWARD BLUEMEL AS AGATHA CHRISTIE’S LEGENDARY DETECTIVE HERCULE POIROT

BritBox has announced that Edward Bluemel (We Might Regret This, My Lady Jane) will star as Agatha Christie’s iconic Belgian detective in new drama series Hercule —produced by Mammoth Screen and Agatha Christie Limited for BritBox North America and the BBC.

The six-part series is written by Benji Walters (Code of Silence, The Leopard, Obsession). Jonny Campbell (Am I Being Unreasonable?, Dracula, BAFTA winner for In The Flesh) will direct the first two episodes. Charlie Palmer (A Woman of Substance, Extraordinary) is series producer.

The series is an intimate study of Hercule the man and an epic portrait of Britain between the wars.
