BLADES OF THE GUARDIANS | In Theaters February 17th
Leading international and indie film distributor Well Go USA Entertainment has acquired North American Distribution rights to the Chinese film BLADES OF THE GUARDIANS from Mandarin Motion Pictures. The film will be released on February 17.
Based on the comic by Xianzhe Xu, the historical action film BLADES OF THE GUARDIANS is directed by master filmmaker and action director Yuen Woo-ping; boasts an all-star cast including Wu Jing (Wolf Warrior series), who also produced the film, Jet Li (Once Upon a Time in China), Nicholas Tse (Raging Fire), Yosh Yu (Creation of the Gods I: Kingdom of Storms), and boyband sensations JUN (Wen Junhui) of Seventeen and Winwin of NCT. BLADES OF THE GUARDIANS was produced by Peace Film Production and written by Yu Baimei, Chao-pin Su, Chan Tai Lee and Larry Yang.
Set during the Sui Dynasty under the rule of the oppressive Emperor Yang Guang, BLADES OF THE GUARDIANS follows a skilled mercenary (Biao Ren) as he treks across the harsh deserts of the Western Regions. Tasked with a seemingly simple escort mission, the warrior unknowingly becomes caught in a perilous scheme that promises danger at every turn.

PAUL MCCARTNEY: MAN ON THE RUN | to be released in Cinemas on February 19th
What happens when you wake up the morning after leaving the most important rock band of all time? Paul McCartney: Man on the Run, the intimate new feature documentary by Oscar, Emmy, and Grammy Award-winning director Morgan Neville, explores Paul McCartney’s creative rebirth after The Beatles’ breakup. The film will be released in cinemas for one night only by Trafalgar Releasing on Thursday 19th February 2026. In April 1970, Paul released his first solo album, McCartney. When asked what he’d do next, he said his only plan was to grow up. Paul McCartney: Man on the Run captures Paul’s transformative decade in the wake of The Beatles’ break-up and the rise of his new band Wings. Through stunning archival footage, Linda McCartney’s exceptional photographs, interviews with Paul, Linda, Mary and Stella McCartney, a number of Wings band members, Sean Ono Lennon, Mick Jagger, Chrissie Hynde, and more, the film examines this time through a uniquely vulnerable lens.

DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN | Season 2 Streaming on Disney+ March 24th
Marvel Television has unveiled a new trailer, key art and stills for the highly anticipated second season of “Daredevil: Born Again,” the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s most intense street-level drama, streaming exclusively on Disney+ beginning March 24. Across eight gripping episodes, survival, resistance and redemption collide as the battle for the soul of New York begins.
Created by Dario Scardapane, Chris Ord and Matt Corman, the series stars Charlie Cox as the titular masked vigilante (aka Matt Murdock) and Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk. Returning to the series are Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye and Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn. THE SUPER MARIO GALAXY MOVIE | First Look – In Theaters April 1st
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is an animated film based on the world of Super Mario Bros., and follows The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which was released in 2023 and earned more than $1.3 billion worldwide. Both the 2023 film and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie are produced by Chris Meledandri of Illumination and Shigeru Miyamoto of Nintendo.
The film will be co-financed by Universal Pictures and Nintendo and will be released worldwide by Universal Pictures.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is directed by returning filmmakers Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic, from a screenplay by returning screenwriter Matthew Fogel, with Brian Tyler returning to compose the score.
THE TESTAMENTS | Streaming on Hulu April 8th
“The Testaments,” a new chapter from the showrunner and executive producers of “The Handmaid’s Tale,” premieres April 8 with three episodes, then weekly thereafter.
An evolution of “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “The Testaments” is based on Margaret Atwood’s novel of the same name and is a dramatic coming-of-age story set in Gilead. The series follows young teens Agnes, dutiful and pious, and Daisy, a new arrival and convert from beyond Gilead’s borders. As they navigate the gilded halls of Aunt Lydia’s elite preparatory school for future wives, a place where obedience is instilled brutally and always with divine justification, their bond becomes the catalyst that will upend their past, their present, and their future.
NIKKI GLASER: GOOD GIRL | Streaming on Hulu April 24th
The hour-long stand-up special will be produced by Done + Dusted. Glaser will executive produce, alongside Emmy® winners David Jammy and Chris Convy (showrunner), and Alex Murray. The special will be directed by Emmy®-winning Hamish Hamilton (NIKKI GLASER: SOMEDAY YOU’LL DIE), who will also Executive Produce.
The special was shot in Glaser’s hometown of St. Louis, MO at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in front of a sold-out crowd.

CRIMINAL RECORD | Season 2 Streaming on Apple TV+ on April 22nd
Apple TV unveiled a first look at the anticipated season two return of “Criminal Record,” the critically hailed crime thriller starring Academy Award and BAFTA winner Peter Capaldi, and Laurence Olivier Award and Critics Choice Award nominee Cush Jumbo. The eight-episode second season of “Criminal Record” will make its global debut on Apple TV with the first episode on Wednesday, April 22, followed by new episodes weekly through Wednesday, June 10.
From BAFTA Award nominee Paul Rutman, “Criminal Record” is a powerful, character-driven drama set in the heart of contemporary London, exploring the impossibility of policing when the truth is up for grabs. In season two, when a young man is stabbed to death at a political rally, rival police officers June Lenker and Daniel Hegarty are forced into an uneasy alliance. But what starts as a hunt for a murderer escalates into an undercover operation to foil a Far-Right bomb plot in the heart of London.
Season two reunites Capaldi as ‘Detective Chief Inspector Daniel Hegarty’ and Jumbo as ‘Detective Sergeant June Lenker.’ Dustin Demri-Burns, Luca Pasqualino, Luther Ford, Lyndsey Marhsall and Peter Sullivan join the cast in addition to the returning ensemble that includes Shaun Dooley, Stephen Campbell Moore and Charlie Creed-Miles.
