Final Trailer for Cory Finley’s LANDSCAPE WITH INVISIBLE HAND – In Theaters Now

Years into a benevolent alien occupation of Earth, the human race is still adjusting to the new world order and its quirky coffee table-sized overlords called the Vuvv. Their flashy advanced technology initially held promise for global prosperity, but rendered most human jobs – and steady income – obsolete. When 17-year-old artist Adam Campbell (Asante Blackk) and new girlfriend Chloe Marsh (Kylie Rogers) discover the Vuvv are particularly fascinated with human love and will pay for access to it, they decide to livestream their budding romance to make extra cash for themselves and their families. Life is good, for a while, until the flame of their teenage love fizzles out and they’re forced to make very different, absurdly life-altering sacrifices for their families.

THE WINTER KING is an MGM+ original series and a bold and revisionist take on well-loved Arthurian legends, based on Bernard Cornwell’s Warlord Chronicles series. Produced by Sony Pictures Television-owned Bad Wolf, filming took place in Wales and the West Country.  Otto Bathurst (Peaky Blinders, His Dark Materials) serves as lead director and executive producer, alongside Toby Leslie.

The Winter King is set in the fifth century, long before Britain was united, in a brutal land of warring factions and tribes, where lives were often fleeting. The series follows Arthur Pendragon as he evolves from outcast to legendary warrior and leader.

The series stars Iain De Caestecker  (THE CONTROL ROOM, AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.) as Arthur Pendragon, alongside Eddie Marsan (THE THIEF, HIS WIFE AND THE CANOE, DECEIT) as High King Uther, Ellie James (GIRI/HAJI, I MAY DESTROY YOU) as Nimue, Nathaniel Martello-White (SMALL AXE, I HATE SUZIE) as Merlin, Stuart Campbell (ROGUE HEROES, CLIQUE) as Derfel, Daniel Ings (I HATE SUZIE, THE CROWN) as Owain, Valene Kane (THE FALL, GANGS OF LONDON) as Morgan, Jordan Alexandra (MAMMALS) as Guinevere, and Simon Merrells (GOOD OMENS, KNIGHTFALL) as Gundleus.

Kate Brooke (BANCROFTA DISCOVERY OF WITCHES) and Ed Whitmore (SILENT WITNESSMANHUNT) adapted Bernard Cornwell’s Warlord Chronicles and act as executive producers. Julie Gardner (DOCTOR WHOI HATE SUZIE), Lachlan MacKinnon (INDUSTRYA DISCOVERY OF WITCHES) and Jane Tranter (HIS DARK MATERIALSSUCCESSION) serve as executive producers with Sherry Marsh (POSEVIKINGS). Shelley Browning and Kenneth L. Browning are also executive producers, and the drama is produced by Catrin Lewis Defis for Bad Wolf, in association with One Big Picture. Sony Pictures Television is distributing The Winter King worldwide, and the series will stream on ITVX in the UK later this year.

GOLDA-Opens in Detroit Friday, August 25th

Golda is a ticking-clock thriller set during the tense 19 days of the Yom Kippur War in 1973. Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir (Helen Mirren), faced with the potential of Israel’s complete destruction, must navigate overwhelming odds, a skeptical cabinet, and a complex relationship with US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger (Liev Schreiber), with millions of lives in the balance. Her tough leadership and compassion would ultimately decide the fate of her nation and leave her with a controversial legacy around the world.

Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny Arrives on Digital August 29th

From Academy Award®–nominated writer-director James Mangold (LoganWalk the Line) comes the final chapter in the saga of one of cinema’s greatest heroes. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny sees Harrison Ford reprise his iconic role as the whip-smart archaeologist one last time for a “rip-roaring adventure” (Maureen Lenker, Entertainment Weekly) full of “exciting action, wonderful banter and fantastic twists and turns” (Germain Lussier, io9).

An exclusive featurette and character posters for 20th Century Studios’ “A Haunting in Venice,” an unsettling supernatural thriller directed by Oscar® winner Kenneth Branagh based upon the novel “Hallowe’en Party” by Agatha Christie, are available now. Fingernails – will debut in Los Angeles and New York theaters on Friday, October 27th and will premiere globally on Apple TV+, as well as in additional select theaters on Friday, November 3rd

Apple Original Films announced the release date for its highly anticipated romantic drama and Toronto International Film Festival selection, “Fingernails,” and unveiled new images from the feature film starring Jessie Buckley, Riz Ahmed, Jeremy Allen White and Luke Wilson.

Anna and Ryan have found true love. It’s been proven by a controversial new technology. There’s just one problem: Anna still isn’t sure. Then she takes a position at a love testing institute, and meets Amir.

“Fingernails” is the second feature and first English-language film from visionary director/writer/producer Christos Nikou, whose directorial debut was the critically acclaimed “Apples.”

“Fingernails” is co-written by Nikou, Stavros Raptis and Sam Steiner. In addition to Nikou, “Fingernails” is produced by Cate Blanchett, Andrew Upton and Coco Francini for Dirty Films and Lucas Wiesendanger for FilmNation Entertainment.
