Bookings for “Widow’s Bay,” the quaint island 40-miles off the New England coast… that’s totally safe and completely normal…are now open. Apple TV today unveiled a teaser trailer for the genre-bending new series led by Emmy Award-winner Matthew Rhys, who also serves as executive producer, and hailing from creator Katie Dippold and Emmy Award-winning director and executive producer Hiro Murai. The new 10-episode series will make its global debut on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 with the first two episodes, followed by new episodes every Wednesday through June 17, 2026 on Apple TV, with a special two episode release on Wednesday, May 27.
Blending genuine horror with character-driven comedy, “Widow’s Bay” features an ensemble cast led by Rhys, Kate O’Flynn, Stephen Root, Kingston Rumi Southwick, Kevin Carroll and Dale Dickey. The supporting cast includes K Callan and Emmy Award-winning Jeff Hiller.
In “Widow’s Bay” something lurks beneath the surface. Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys) is desperate to revive his struggling community. BritBox revealed the official trailer and key art for The Other Bennet Sister, premiering on May 6th in the U.S. and Canada. The 10-episode series will debut with three episodes, followed by a weekly episodic rollout. Based on Janice Hadlow’s acclaimed novel, the new drama brings Mary Bennet – the oft-overlooked middle sister in Pride and Prejudice – into the spotlight. CAPE FEAR | Streaming on Apple TV+ June 5th
Apple TV released the teaser for “Cape Fear,” the new psychological horror thriller showrun and executive produced by Nick Antosca and executive produced by Academy Award winners Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg, with both Academy Award nominee Amy Adams and Academy Award winner Javier Bardem starring and executive producing. Golden Globe and Emmy nominee Patrick Wilson, Joe Anders, Lily Collias, Malia Pyles and CCH Pounder round out the ensemble cast. The 10-episode limited series will make its global debut on Friday, June 5, 2026 with the first two episodes, followed by new episodes every Friday through July 31, 2026 on Apple TV.
Inspired by the 1991 remake directed by Martin Scorsese and produced by Steven Spielberg, a storm is coming for happily married attorneys Anna (Amy Adams) and Tom Bowden (Patrick Wilson) when Max Cady (Javier Bardem), the notorious killer they are responsible for putting behind bars, is let out of prison — and he wants vengeance.
Hailing from UCP, a division of Universal Studio Group, and Amblin Television, “Cape Fear” is based on both the novel “The Executioners,” which inspired Gregory Peck’s Universal Pictures feature (1962) of the same name, as well as the acclaimed 1991 remake directed by Scorsese. The series is executive produced by Steven Spielberg, who produced the 1991 film, alongside Scorsese. Creator Nick Antosca showruns and produces alongside Alex Hedlund for Eat The Cat, and Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey produce alongside Spielberg for Amblin Television. Academy Award nominee Morten Tyldum will direct the pilot and serve as executive producer. The series is developed and produced through Antosca’s overall deal at UCP, where he’s been based since 2017.

LEGEND OF THE WHITE DRAGON | In Theaters August 28th
Leading international and indie film distributor Well Go USA Entertainment has acquired North American rights to LEGEND OF THE WHITE DRAGON, the superhero action film starring Jason David Frank in his final film performance, directed by Aaron Schoenke and Sean Schoenke.
Aaron Schoenke of Bat in the Sun Productions co-directed, co-wrote, and also appears in the film alongside star Jason David Frank (“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”). Sean Schoenke co-directed the film. The cast also includes Rachele Brooke Smith (Center Stage: Turn It Up), Jenna Frank, Andrew “King Bach” Bachelor (The Babysitter), Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs), along with David Ramsey (“Arrow”) and Mark Dacascos (John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum). LEGEND OF THE WHITE DRAGON will arrive in select theaters on National Power Rangers Day, August 28, 2026.
LEGEND OF THE WHITE DRAGON follows Erik Reed, a former hero forced into hiding after a devastating battle destroys part of his city and exposes his identity. Once celebrated as the White Dragon, Erik is now blamed for the destruction and cut off from the life and family he left behind. As corruption spreads through Virtuo City, Erik is drawn back into saving a world that no longer trusts him. He must confront his past and decide whether the White Dragon still belongs in a city that has already judged him, all while facing an enemy who wields the same mysterious energy that once defined him.
