Village Salad Recipe

Village Salad
I saved my favorite salad for last! It’s a simple salad based off of Greek Village Salad – it’s all of the goodies without any of the leafy greens. This recipe is extremely easy, full of flavor and will make enough to for several people. Be sure you use fresh ingredients for this salad so you can enjoy it as long as possible!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Green Peppers
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes
  • 3 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 oz Feta Cheese

Directions

  1. Chop all of your vegetables into small pieces approximately 1/2 in or smaller. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Crumble your feta over top and mix well.
  3. Drizzle on your Olive Oil and Vinegar – toss the salad to coat.
