Dining out use to be a a treat where you could go out to have a meal that you couldn’t have at home. Having a great meal has started to become limited while the restaurant options are mostly chains and serve you different versions of the same dish. But thankfully, there are some stand alone restaurants changing the scene and Toasted Oak stands alone with their unique menu options and a comfortable dining atmosphere.

Toasted Oak is attached to the Hotel Baronette, but is in the growing ranks of hotel restaurants becoming a destination of its own. With the focus on locally sourced food, and high quality ingredients the restaurant boasts the ability for diners to follow their food from the farm to the fork. With the new Executive Chef Ken Miller at the helm, no corner is cut and the focus on using only the best ingredients for his menu.

Most people know Toasted Oak for their wine tastings and charcuterie options, but do not know that they offer so much more within the space. From hosting dinner parties, a full menu and even make their famous charcuterie in house. One thing every diner will notice is the home like atmosphere surrounding them while they are being served a high class meal.

On our last visit to Toasted Oak, we were given the opportunity to taste the new menu from Chef Ken, including gluten free handmade pasta, beautiful Filet Mignon that melts in your mouth and desserts that I am still dreaming about over a week later. Toasted Oak offers you a place to kick back, relax and enjoy a meal while you can trust that it will be the highest quality. Stop in for a drink, dessert or enjoy a full meal.
Toasted Oak Grill and Market is off of Novi Road just south of 12 mile road in Novi. It is a destination for shopping as well as a meal that you wont forget all while supporting local businesses and farmers.
