Being gluten free can be hard. It does get easier over the years, but there are times when you wish you can just grab something from a shelf and go. When you’re preparing your holiday meals you may not have the time to make everything from scratch. This year, I have a secret weapon – a couple boxes of Three Bakers Gluten Free Herb Seasoned Stuffing on hand. Three Bakers sent me them to review, and they help finish a meal in no time!
It doesn’t matter if we’re preparing a Thanksgiving dinner or a Christmas feast, stuffing is a staple in our household for the big meals. It’s a nice addition to any meal. We don’t cook it in the bird, but for years I’ve been making it from scratch for us to enjoy. That takes up a couple pans, and a baking dish and it has taken me upward of an hour. But as the holiday rush starts, we know that each minute can count.
Not only is Three Baker’s gluten free stuffing easy to make – simply boil water and add the stuffing mix to it. It tastes great. The Herb Seasoned stuffing is not only gluten free, but also soy and dairy free and a good source of natural fiber. Since we don’t have to worry about being dairy free in our house I add 1 tablespoon and a little extra water and it comes out perfect in my opinion!

I tried your bread while on vacation. Diagnosed with gluten intolerance in 2011, I have been a one-bread brand snob. That bread wasn’t in the store when we were on vacation – so, we tried the 3 Bakers – and wow WOW!!! I can’t wait to try your Stuffing! I will covet it on the Thanksgiving table!!!

Three Bakers has been one of my favorite brands since being diagnosed with celiac 9 years ago. I’m not sure what I would do without the mock rye and ancient grain bread. I would love to try the stuffing since I normally use their white bread to make stuffing from scratch right now.
