When I reviewed a dehydrator a couple of years ago, I’ve moved beyond just making homemade jerky and into onion soup mixes and more. But dehydrating goes way beyond jerky and soup mixes, it’s great for preservation and long term storage. Robert Rose books sent me a copy of the Dehydrator Bible and inside is packed with 400 different recipes you can do easily with your dehydrator.
