Starlooks – January Starbox Review

Do you want to look like a star? You need the right tools to do it – and a lot of it can be delivered right to your door with the monthly Starbox from Starlooks. Each month you get 3-4 full size makeup products in the mail to help you look fabulous.

Starlooks sent me their January box to review – and this was a fantastic box to get! Not only did the box come with three full size make up products – eye liner, blush and Diamondline Eye liner, it also came with an application brush and a beautiful bracelet from Abby Rose Designs!

My favorite item in this month box is the dimonline eye liner pencil. While I’m just learning to (properly) apply eye liner this one went on smooth. I love that it’s actually appears silver and has a green sparkly tint. It can also be used as an eye shadow base if you want. It’s smooth, easy to apply and water proof. It’s also great with the Brown Eye liner in this month’s box. Together they make a beautiful combination for spring.

The Cuty Peach Blush Compact is absolutely adorable. It is a light pink tone but the color is deep, so you only need to use a little bit. You will know quickly if you’ve used too much.

I’m extremely happy with the quality of the makeup that came in the Starbox. They are a great addition to my makeup collection. But the bonuses in this month’s box are fantastic. The bracelet is not only adorbale but will look great with the pop colors that are going to be hot this spring and summer. And the dome brush? It’s fantastic! It’s made with cruelty-free pony hair so that makes you feel good, and it also works great. The curve of the brush makes it great to use on the corner of your eyes, lid and under your lashes. I have a large amount of loose pigment eye shadows this will be great to apply them.

The January Starbox only costs $25 but inside is $58 worth of beauty goodies. I can’t wait to see what future boxes will have inside!
