It has been another whirlwind week here. I’ve been running around trying to get started with my first week at a new position, plus keeping up on everything else! I’m very happy that I’m still seeing results even if I’m unable to work out as much as I’d like to!

This week I was only able to work out once, but I’ve been on the go non-stop. But I have been very particular with my diet and making sure I get the calories in that I need to. I will admit, that this week I did take one day off plan due to Goonie’s birthday, and probably had a couple things I shouldn’t have – but that being said – I still lost weight and inches this week and that makes me happy!
Week four results:
Weight lost – 1.0 lbs
Inches lost – 2
Total Results:
4.2 lbs
17 inches!!!
