I’ve been on Shaklee180 for two weeks now. This week was harder than I expected it to be. Not the program at all, but because I’ve been sick!
That’s right – I’ve had the crud. Coughing, sneezing, sore throat and tired. It’s almost out of my system, but it impacted everything that I did. I wasn’t able to blog much, work out at all or anything.
Since my throat was so sore, I pretty much stuck to two shakes a day and a sensible dinner. I did try a meal bar and it scratched my sore throat so I coughed too much for it. The shakes have been a fantastic thing this week, and made it easier to get by.
Unfortunately since I didn’t feel the best, I wasn’t able work out, or always get my morning or afternoon snack. I was honestly worried about what the results would be this week. Less working out, less calories a day -and a lot of sitting in my recliner or sleeping.. But check them out below!

3.2 lbs 12 inches!!! |
It’s not a huge loss this week, but I’m happy I’m still losing! And what’s even better, I’m almost on the mend. By Monday I’ll be back to eating what I should, working out and hopefully taking over the world!
