We are still on holiday break, and while some of us had to return to work today – most of the kiddos don’t go back until next week. In lieu of the tragedy in Connecticut, our local community sent out an official booklet with tips in active shooter situations. I know this is not a topic anyone wants to know about, or prepare for – but safety of our families and children will always be a top priority.
