Red Envelope – Unique Gifts for Anyone! 

I don’t know about you, but when looking for gifts it seems like I keep seeing the same thing over and over again. I like to give unique gifts to my friends and family, and while some are homemade – sometimes finding something you know they they will love is great too!

Recently I found Red Envelope, a website full of fun gift ideas for everyone on your list (and any occasion). Their gift options range from wooden watches – yes the whole thing is out of wood, shirts, kitchen goodies, artwork and much, much more.

There are so many items I loved when I was looking over RedEnvelope.com. From the Alice in Wonderland wall art, to the coffee mug car inverter, whiskey rocks, and oh yah candies – finding something I wanted to order wasn’t a problem. The real problem came down to choosing what I wanted. It seriously took me hours to narrow down my options.

I finally settled on the Busy Bee Ceramic Measuring Cup Set. Yes, I have other measuring cup sets, but I can’t tell you where they all are at any given time. One always seems to go missing just when I need that 1/3 cup! This set was different, it wasn’t connected by a small little plastic ring that was going to eventually break. Instead they stack neatly together and make an adorable bee hive.

Besides being adorable put together, the set is functional. One of my favorite types of gifts. Each cup is a different color inside and has the size labeled inside. The cups measure perfectly when baking and they are easy to pick up and use. I’ve loved using them for meal prep and baking.

Each measuring cup also features a cute little bee handle. When you’re picking it up it fits in your hand easily. Although when pouring for a sturdier hold I would suggest using the bottom of the bowl. They also all have a slight bevel on the bottom so the next smaller cup can be set on it when you’re not using them. It is this bevel that helps create the stack into the bee hive.

I will admit that the set looked a bit larger in the images on the website, but when you consider the size of each measuring cup the size is perfect. I love how functional the set is together and that when not in use it can easily become a piece of artwork on the counter top.

When I ordered the measuring cup set from Red Envelope, the hardest part was choosing what I wanted. I was able to choose the day I wanted it delivered, and if I wanted to I could pay extra to get it a day early. I chose the first day that wouldn’t have an expedited shipping charge – and it still showed up early. It even surprised me.
