Let’s face it – Pumpkin Spice is everywhere this time of year. And I will be one of the first to say I’m super excited about it! I love pumpkin flavored anything, so when Peanut Butter and Company sent me a jar of their Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter, I had to play with one of my favorite recipes. Instead of making traditional no bake cookies, I went ahead and made Peanut Butter Pumpkin Spice No Bake cookies. Not only are they full of fall flavor, but they’re a quick treat to make when you only have a few minutes.
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Peanut Butter and Company’s Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Quick Oats
Directions:
- In a medium sauce pan, heat your sugar, butter, and milk together over medium high heat. Stir continuously until everything combines and the mixture begins to boil. Let boil for 1 minute without stirring and remove from heat.
- Add in your vanilla, peanut butter and quick oats. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon onto waxed paper and allow to cool about 20-30 minutes.
