One of my favorite summer flavors is honey. It’s great with berries, in tea and it’s almost time to get some fresh from your favorite bee keep. But besides all of that, let’s face it – it’s pretty cool stuff that can last for centuries. It’s a natural sweetener, and that’s why Peanut Butter & Co put it in their new flavor “The Bee’s Knees”. They sent me two jars of this smooth new blend to try out and play with.
The Bee’s Knees combines their natural peanut butter with nature’s sweetener – honey. It’s smooth, sweet and great on bread and a lot more. So what would you do with a couple jars of it? Me – besides attack it with a spoon, I actually madechocolate melting cakes with a peanut butter center! The creamy peanut butter contrasts well with the chocolate cake and makes it the perfect dessert when you have a major sugar craving!
But like several of Peanut Butter & Co’s other flavors, it’s also gluten free, vegetarian and kosher! It also is shelf safe for up to 6 months if you store it properly. Above all that – it’s just pretty darn yummy. It’s a great fresh taste for summer, and I’m thinking of what else I could enjoy it with (maybe peanut butter bands in homemade ice cream?).
Would you like to try The Bee’s Knees? Peanut Butter & Co is giving one of my readers 2 jars to try on their own! Read how you can enter below.
