Pajanimals Play Date – Review & Giveaway!

Pajanmals play date
When was the last time your little ones had a Play Date? It might be a good time for them to have one with the Pajanimals!

Before the DVD showed up I had never heard of the Pajanimals! Shocking right? I asked a few friends, some had heard of them, others swear they are the the only thing that will get their kids to go to bed at a normal time without of a fight!

If you have never heard of the Pajanimals they’re a group of PJ loving puppets from the Jim Henson’s studios. Cowbella, Apollo, Sweetpea Sue and Squacky have fun adventures they take right bed time and quickly friends to your little ones. They sometimes get into trouble – similar to what your preschool age children may – but find ways to resolve the problems and still be friends and help each other out.

The Pajanimals can be found on Sprout and On Demand on most local cable services – that’s probably why we had never seen them, we no longer have cable. But as soon as we put the DVD in Goonie was transfixed – and honestly so were we. Yes, the show is for pre-school aged children, but the puppets are adorable and have such personality like you would expect from Jim Henson Studios. At first we watched the first few episodes, but later Goonie was telling us how much he liked the Pajanimals! I suspect we’ll see a lot more of Cowbella, Apollo, Sweetpea Sue and Squacky in our house!

You can check out the Pajanimals website for fun interactive games, that your little ones will love!

  1. The Pajanimals are one of my daughter’s favorite Sprout shows. She winds down every evening watching Nina and Star on The Goodnight Show.

  2. I haven’t seen it yet. I know there is one on Netflix that I plan on letting Faith watch.
