I may be a northern girl, but I’m a complete sucker for Key Lime pie and cheesecake. But finding key limes in Michigan, is almost mission impossible! While I was grocery shopping and looking for limes for a recipe – our store was out. Instead they had a pile of lemons, waiting instead. But tucked in a corner they had a small bag of key limes! I was excited, and grabbed them instantly – while expensive, it was just the right amount to make a delicious No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake.
- 1 bag of key limes – approximately 20
- 1 8 oz box of cream cheese softened
- 1 8 oz tub of Cool whip
- 1/3 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk
