Hotel Indigo Harrisburg Review

Modern Rooms and Suites Minutes from It all at the Hotel Indigo

When we’re traveling we love staying close to the attractions or our final destination. But while we were in Harrisburg last month our trip was taking us all over the area and to different cities over the few days. Thankfully our “home base” fit perfectly in between. We were staying in a suite at the Hotel Indigo in Harrisburg.

Hotel Indigo Harrisburg ReviewThe Hotel Indigo is a newer property in the area, and completely updated with modern amenities that you will love. Just a quick drive to gas, restaurants, and shopping. As an added perk, the hotel offers quick access to the highway to make it downtown Harrisburg if you’re going to tour historical sights, or down to Hershey for a factory tour or to Make Your Own Candy Bar. With free parking included, the location is ideal for a one night stay or for longer stays while you’re in the area.

Hotel Indigo Harrisburg ReviewFrom regular guest rooms to suites, the Hotel Indigo offers anything a traveler could want. With comfortable beds, updated technology and even USB charging directly in your bedside table. The suites offer guests a small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and ample storage. A seating area is included so you can bring meals back to the room and you enjoy them with your family. You’re able to relax in a the large bedroom or the the living room area that both have large televisions to watch and enjoy. With Aveda products waiting on hand in the large bathroom, you’ll be able to relax with natural based products that your skin and hair will thank you for.

Our stay at the Hotel Indigo was lovely, and at times we were shocked at just how much space was included in the suite (which averaged just over $200 a night). We loved how friendly the staff was during our whole stay and the easy accessibility the location provided us. With regular rooms starting at $125, it’s budget friendly and offers a great location.
