Homemade Meatloaf Recipe – Gluten Free

I hadn’t started out to make this the “traditional” way when I went into the kitchen, but a sick boyfriend requested it this way so here it is!


  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • Additional Ketchup


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine your beef, egg, bread crumbs, 2 tbsp of ketchup and Italian seasoning. With your hands knead the ingredients together until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Shape into a loaf in a loaf pan and top with additional ketchup.
  4. Bake for 1 hour until fully cooked.
