Churros are a perfect, fast, and easy dessert for your next Mexican fiesta! They come together in about 20 minutes, and fry up just as fast. Even if you never bake, and hardly cook, you will be able to master these easy little fried dough strings without issue. They’re a favorite whenever we go to Disney, but at home we can make our own and even make them gluten free! Making churros is surprisingly easy, but they are so delicious!
