We were sent a copy of Peg + Cat: A Totally Awesome Christmas by PBS Kids to review. The DVD takes you on fun holiday adventures with Peg and her cat and they use math and their awesome problem solving skills to help out at the toy factory in the North Pole. They are helping Santa fix the Big Present Machine when they accidentally blast into space! It’s up to Peg + Cat to save Christmas and fix the problems, plus deliver all the presents on time.
The story in the holiday Peg + Cat release are fun and I love that they include math and critical thinking skills that kids should be developing. Peg + Cat: A Totally Awesome Christmas is now available on DVD on Amazon and in stores near you. It has a total run time of 60 minutes and is rated TV-Y.
