Healthy Snack Stadium
It’s almost time for the Super Bowl, and with it comes the parties and the junk food. Red Gold asked me to make a Snack Stadium, and at first I didn’t know what exactly to make. When I Googled “Stack Stadium”, all I found were junk food filled options. That shouldn’t be the only option out there, and it’s wouldn’t work for our household – so I got in the kitchen and started working on a healthier option. I know I’m not the only one who would look for one!

Healthy Snack Stadium

Red Gold sent me a $75 gift card to get everything we needed to make our Snack Stadium. Our stadium includes chopped veggies, fresh guacamole, a cucumber salsa, garlic feta dip. While the stadium itself is all healthy stuff, it’s not quite everything you need for a meal! So I added in some Sloppy Joe’s made with Red Gold’s Petite Diced Tomatoes with Oregano, and some homemade gluten free buns. Add in some chips for the salsa and you’ve got the makings of a great party!

The salsa was extremely easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 15 oz jar Red Gold Petite Diced Chipotle Tomatoes
1 Cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 small Onion Chopped
1/2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro Chopped

Directions:
Add all ingredients in a bowl – Mix!
That’s it!

Serve with chips or enjoy with your veggies!
