Hail Merry Gluten-Free Vegan Macaroons – Simply Delicious! 

If you love coconut as much as I do you probably also love Macaroons. I haven’t found a recipe I like to make them gluten free, and until recently I hadn’t found a gluten free macaroon I could buy at the store that I liked. That is until Hail Merry sent me some of their great products to try.

Hail Merry’s macaroons are not only Gluten-Free, but they’re also Vegan, they use raw oils and do not use any refined sugars in their recipes. So I know you’re thinking “What’s left?” Pure flavor from simple ingredients. They take all of the bad stuff out and they only leave the good behind – sound great doesn’t it?

I love coconut, but Hail Merry took it a step up. They sent me a large bag of their blonde macaroons and smaller bags of the strawberry macaroons as well as sea salt caramel macaroons. I knew I loved coconut, but didn’t know how much until I tried it with the sea salt caramel macaroons – they were rich, sweet and delicious. Sadly they didn’t last past the first day!

The strawberry macaroons were also delicious, they were moist and filling with a great berry taste. The Hail Merry Blonde Macaroons were sweet and you could taste the true coconut flavor.

I really liked all of the products, so much so I didn’t even share with anyone in the house. I’m happy to find that I can find them at health food stores near me, and will be on the look out for them.
