March has already passed, and we had a great time with the Green Recipe Challenge! Green can mean so many things, Irish Inspired (St. Patty’s Day), Green fresh ingredients, green dye, eco friendly and much much more.
The green recipes were a lot easier than past months, and in my opinion probably too easy! I finished early, we enjoyed some of my favorite recipes, and it didn’t seem to take much time to do any of the recipes.
So now we’re into April – and a new challenge. It’s a theme I love, but will require some work from us all!
