A large part of making the right recipe is having the right ingredients. It goes beyond changing out the bread crumbs to a gluten free kind. Instead you have to make sure you are using the right sauces when you make your recipe. I was sent a selection of products from Stubbs BBQ to try out, and found that the barbecue sauce made perfect meatballs in this recipe! All of Stubbs products are gluten free, use natural ingredients and contain no high fructose corn syrup. But even beyond all of that it has a rich flavor that makes the meatballs perfect for any party.
