I’m thankful for things like cold storage, so we can have some crops year round. I absolutely love our apples and think that they are a flavor that can go with any season. But baked apple desserts are some of the best, and the warm spices used in them make you feel warm from the inside and out. Although it’s not always easy to incorporate apples in our desserts, I do like to make this quick apple crumble from time to time. Served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, no one will be disappointed in this delicious treat!
