Sleep Number Sleep IQ Store Review
Making sure we have a restful night sleep seems to be harder every day. We’re always on the go, and not everyone likes to wear an activity band on their arm to track their sleep. Now you can have track your sleep, by simply sleeping!

Sleep Number Sleep IQ Store Review

Smiley360 sent me to the local Sleep Number store to check out their new SleepIQ technology. Instead of the technology in your activity band, this is built into all of their mattresses. You simply connected to it with an app (for iOS or Android) and track everything to do with your sleep! Not only will you be able to see your sleeping pattern, but you’ll also be able to see your heart rate, your breathing pattern and more.

What does this mean for you? It means you are able to adjust your bed and your sleeping habits so that you get more restful sleep. You can create your own items in the app and see how they either help or hinder your sleep that night. You may just notice that having that pizza before bed isn’t the best idea after all!

Sleep Number Sleep IQ Store Review I love how easy it is to use SleepIQ and how much information you can get from just sleeping. You can find out more about SleepIQ and all of it’s great features here. Want to check it out yourself? Head into your local Sleep Number store to try out SleepIQ and to find your own Sleep Number (mine was a lot higher than I expected)!

Sleep Number is also giving away one of their of their Sleep Number beds with SleepIQ! Check out the Sleep Number Facebook page for your chance to win, and follow them on Twitter for other great deals and contests. It’s time for a better night sleep, with SleepIQ you can find out how to get yours.
