At one of our holiday parties this year there was a veggie platter, and like you would expect there was dip. But unlike every other platter, it wasn’t ranch or a spinach dip. Instead it was made with feta cheese, and had a delicious tang to it.
I sat there and read the ingredients – but of course promptly forgot was in the dip. Instead of going to the store to buy some – I went into the kitchen and decided to try to make it myself. A little of this, a little of that – and add veggies and we had a delicious dip! It’s actually thick enough it could be a spread on bagels or toast and is cheesy goodness!
Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 5 oz Crumbled Feta
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1/2 tsp ground Mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp dried Powdered Garlic
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix together with a hand mixer.
- Chill for an hour before serving. Enjoy!
