Finding a good gluten free muffin can be hard. I’ve had dry ones, ones that literally tasted like sand. I usually make my own instead of buying them, since I’ve been disappointed for years on the options of gluten free muffins. When Garden Lites asked if I wanted to try their new products, I was a bit skeptical but thought I’d give them a try.
Garden Lites have one simple goal, to make their ingredients as pure as possible. If you look at the ingredient list you can see that they’re words you understand, not chemical fillers. But what do you find are ingredients you wouldn’t usually expect in muffins – like zucchini chocolate, veggie blueberry oat, and carrot berries. They aren’t exactly things I would normally put in a muffin.
All of the Garden Lites muffins are also gluten free, all natural and even kosher. What you would think might lead to dry muffins. They should be kept frozen until you’re ready to enjoy them, and you can thaw them for a few hours or pop them in the microwave. When you enjoy them you’ll find delicious and moist muffins – with fresh berries that actually pop in your mouth. They are so good, the kids wont even know they’re actually eating their veggies!
