We spend a lot of time making sure our yards and garden are beautiful and perfect. Partly for us, but also for our when we have people over. Long ago, I gave up the “keeping up with the Jones'” attitude, and started having a bit of fun in our gardens. From a distance, they look perfectly manicured and normal, but if you know us at all – there are hidden gems in our garden waiting for a laugh or some fun.
Last year I added our own Garden Gnome Massacre to the front garden, not only does he fit well in between the decorative flowering plants, but Godzilla almost blends in. He stayed out all winter long, and hasn’t moved from his spot (except when I’m weeding). But now, BigMouth Inc sent a couple new additions to our garden that crack us up every time we see them including Sasquatch the Gnome Wrecker and a “Say What Again” garden gnome a’la Pulp Fiction.
Both of the new garden gnomes (or wreckers of gnomes) are made out of durable dual cast resin and are in full color. After weeks exposure to the elements and sun their colors have stayed vibrant. But for me the best part is they are hidden jokes for us to find around the garden, or for our guests to. You never know what will be peaking out between the flowers or this winter in the snow. The durability of all of the garden gnomes I’ve gotten from BigMouth Inc has been fantastic and they’ve survived anything the Michigan weather has thrown at them so far.
I can only imagine what will be added to our garden next year, but these guys will be waiting for the new additions!
