It’s almost time to start getting our yards ready for the summer. Time to plant our fruits, veggies and flowers, and make our yards our own little wonderland. But every bit of yard work means another tool, and some wear and tear on our joints and bodies. Since I have major gardening plans this year, I’ve been looking for a nice set of ergonomic tools for the job. I was sent a 3 piece set of Ergonomic gardening tools from LifeWell Garden Products, and was happy for not only pretty cool looking tools but ones that will make my gardening job easier.
Why is it important to have ergonomic tools while working in the garden? Not only do they fit better in your hand, but using the correct tools means less stress on your body over all. This can mean more hours of gardening and a lot less aches and pains. There’s no way to guarantee you wont ache after a day out in the yard, because let’s face it – all we’ve done all winter is sit inside and watch movies. But it’s time to get the right tools and get to work!
The LifeWell 3 Piece Ergonomic Garden Tool Set comes with a rake, a transplant shovel with measurements marked on it for easy planting, and a trowel. Each tool is made from rust proof aluminum and is beautifully crafted, and have rubberized handles with finger and thumb spots created in the handle. This creates an easy to hold motion while you’re working and a comfortable feeling in your hand.
I’ve used the tools to plant some of the plants I ordered from the nursery that just came in, and will use them to transplant my starters into the vegetable garden when they are big enough. I like how they feel in my hands as well as the over sturdy look of the tools, and the fun, bright colors don’t hurt! I have a feeling they’re going to be very busy this summer.

I need to divide some day lilies and hostas up. I also want to plant some veggies that I can can.
i like it has everything you need in reach in one spot
I like the little shovel. Not sure what I’m going to do this year. I now have a very small yard.
We’re moving in July, so we’re working on a small container garden that we can easily take with us!
I don’t even know what most of these are for, I know nothing about gardening, these would be a gift for my MIL who is an avid gardener.
Excited to plan it out this year…instead of buying things on a whim at the nursery!
My mom is the gardener in the family and this would be for her and the only thing I know for sure that she grow is tomatoes!
My plan this year is to plant as many bright colors as possible. I need color after the long winter!!
I like that they would be less stressful to my hands.
My gardening plans are to just do a basic veggie and her garden this spring.
I like the Transplant Measurement Shovel. It can tell me how deep I’m going.
I am busy prepping my garden area, and early planting for a quicker garden season.
The transplant shovel would be handy for bulb planting.
My plans are for all kinds of peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers, parsley, basil and mint.
My favorite feature is that the transplant shovel has measurements already marked on it. Better than carrying around a ruling when transplanting!
My garden plan this year is to turn much of my HUGE vegetable garden back to grass. I know, sounds terrible, but my dogs need the space AND I just don’t eat as many veggies as I produce so it’s a waste.
Like it all
I plan on planting alot of flowers like daisies and sunflowers. I’m going to be planting bellpeppers, basil, chives, green onions, carrots, and romaine.
We’re expanding our veggie garden this year: tomatoes, kale, broccoli, butter lettuce, carrots and radishes. I love the comfort factor/design of these tools.
I have some bulbs in the garden that I need to divide.
I like that the set has everything I would need for basic gardening.
I like the transplant shovel – they seem to last longer than the bigger ones. i go thru so many each year becaseut ehy are cheaply made
These are wonderful for people like me……someone who is getting a little older and has trouble holding on to things.
Lots of veggies in my garden this year. I planted seeds today, including chard and lettuce.
I plan on growing enough tomatoes to give lots away to family and friends.
Can’t wait to add some beautiful flowers to our new home!
I plan on a fenceline of nasturtiums.
I like they look nice and look like they would feel good in my hand. We are planting veggies and flowers.
My plans are a large veggie garden. My butter lettuce came up today!
I love that it is rust proof aluminum since I’ve had some that rusted apart.
I like the idea that they are comfortable to hold.
