Gluten Free Garlic Cheese Rolls
Some meals are just not complete with out some delicious warm bread to go with it. I’m still perfecting gluten free breads, but as I go I stumble on great recipes that are quick, easy and pretty darn yummy. Tonight I made one to go with dinner and it was incredibly easy – no yeast, no kneading and would go with several different meals.

Easy Gluten Free Garlic Cheese Rolls:

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Tapioca Starch
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2/3 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 2 beaten eggs

Directions: 

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium saucepan place your butter, water and milk.  Heat on high until it begins to boil. Remove from heat as soon as it starts to boil.

Step 2: 

Add in your garlic and Tapioca starch to your butter mixture and mix well. You can do this right in your sauce pan, scrape down the sides as you go.

Once mixed allow to sit for 15 minutes.

Step 3: 

In a medium bowl mix your 2 eggs until well combined. Add in your cheese and mix until combined.

Pour your egg mixture into your sauce pan and mix together until everything is combined.

Step 4: 

Using a large spoon heap your dough onto a cookie sheet with prepared with a baking mat.

Bake for 20 minutes until they are lightly browned.

These are extremely easy to make, and you end up with a crisp outside and a gooey cheese inside. The recipe will make approximately 12 rolls and are good with several meal options!
