how to make corn on the cobOK, I know you’re asking “who doesn’t know how to make corn on the cob!?” But I bet if you google “how to make corn on the cob” it will pop up. I have a fail proof recipe that really doesn’t require extra butter on top, unless you want it. It’s simple, hands off and will make you want it more this summer!

  • Fresh corn in the husk
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • Water
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Remove the husk and strings from each corn cob.
  2. Add to medium sauce pan with water, butter salt and pepper.
  3. Boil over Medium High heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove with tongs and enjoy.

It’s really that simple, and if you want more butter you can just add a small tab on top. But otherwise the butter and flavors will cook into the kernels for you to enjoy.
