OK, I know you’re asking “who doesn’t know how to make corn on the cob!?” But I bet if you google “how to make corn on the cob” it will pop up. I have a fail proof recipe that really doesn’t require extra butter on top, unless you want it. It’s simple, hands off and will make you want it more this summer!
- Fresh corn in the husk
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Water
- Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Remove the husk and strings from each corn cob.
- Add to medium sauce pan with water, butter salt and pepper.
- Boil over Medium High heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove with tongs and enjoy.
It’s really that simple, and if you want more butter you can just add a small tab on top. But otherwise the butter and flavors will cook into the kernels for you to enjoy.
