This is one of my favorite recipes for the holiday season. It’s super easy, no baking is required and it’s kid friendly! You can make them quickly as a snack, put them in candy boxes as gifts, or even take them to a party as a snack to share. The best part – they’re relatively healthy! And yes – they’re gluten free!
This recipe will make about 2-3 dozen 1 inch peanut butter ball snacks!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural unsweetened creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup malted milk powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- With your hands roll mixture into 1 inch balls, place on a cookie sheet
- At this point you can either place them candy papers or allow to set up for a bit.
- Enjoy!
Day 91: Peanut Butter Ball Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural unsweetened creamy peanut butter

Are you sure Malted Milk powder is GF? I thought it was usually from barley.
