Power Capes SOAR Product Review and Giveaway

Power Capes Soar

When you were little did you always want to be a super hero? Some of us never grow out of it, and still wish we could put on a cape and fly off to save the day! It’s because some of us never grow up that Power Capes offers superhero capes for both kids and adults!

Recently they’ve launched their SOAR program for kids, encouraging kids to be superheros with missions and even their own cape! Power Capes sent me a month of SOAR membership to review and share.

There is just something about a cape – then once it’s put on a child they run around and pretend to fly. It’s a very simple thing, but that one simple addition to their outfit – and they ARE a superhero! My nephew ran laps around the house giggling and saying “look how fast I’m going!” as soon as we put the cape on. And even after he was tired, he still had to keep his cape on to watch his shows!

I think the SOAR program is a great program for kids. Not only is it fun and something that engages them, but it also is encouraging them to do good acts towards others. The only thing that I would like to see changed a bit would be the comic book – our little superhero is too little to read it still or really take an interest in it. Maybe a different version for younger superheroes might be an option. But overall, the package is a fantastic way to spark imagination and get kids moving. I like the variety of options the package came with, but think my favorite was the super hero certificate!

  1. Superhealing powers…if i did my youngest son has cellulitus right now and I would heal him…then he wouldnt have to feel bad and have a boo boo anymore!!! Also my middle son has had stiches in his lip(fell and hit a corner of an endtable when learing to walk), staples in his head(was with his grandmother and climbing on a basket in walmart and fell off basket fell on his head), stiches on his finger tip(slammed it in a door at daycare) so all that would have been healed without hurting him more as well!! Also can you imagen no fevers runny noses and coughs…it would be a great power.
