I’ve always been picky about eating Pork, and honestly I don’t like cooking it. I’ve never had a lot of luck with it. But I do love BBQ Pulled Pork. I picked up a 3 lb pork roast to make for while we were out Black Friday shopping (who’s going to want to shop after that?)
The Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes are just simply that, seasoning that you add ingredients you already have. For the pulled pork you add ketchup, water, cider vinegar and a couple other standard ingredients. You simply put your roast in your Crock-Pot, mix your BBQ mixture up and pour it over top. I cooked it on low for 8 hours and it came out perfect!
All concerns were put to rest when we had dinner. It wasn’t too sweet and the cider vinegar wasn’t overwhelming either. It was the perfect blend of the two! What a great way to have easy and delicious bbq pork!
