The first thing he wanted to do was watch Chug Patrol: Ready to Rescue. Mostly because I hadn’t brought out the train set yet. I knew as soon as the tracks came out nothing else would do it justice and his attention would be gone!
Chug Patrol is a brand new movie where Wilson goes on adventures and joins the new rescue squad. He helps his friends stay safe and takes place in hazardous rescue situations as he goes around. It’s full of kid friendly fun that your little ones will love as Wilson, Koko and Hanzo and Chief Jackman go on their adventures in Chuggington!
Besides the new adventures we had a big surprise for Goonie. I held it back like I said, or he wouldn’t have paid attention to anything once it came out.
Recently released as well is the Chuggington Rocky Ridge StackTrack Playset! This train set goes up, down and around and comes with both a working Wilson and Koko toys to go on the set. It is a simple snap together train set that you can put together, re-arrange and even get extra pieces for. Unfortunately – for us it wasn’t an easily assembly. I’m not sure if it was the four year old helper we had or too many hands helping at once, but it was put together, taken apart and put back together a couple times until we got it right. I think it might have gone a lot quicker if we let Goonie do it himself!
The Rocky Ridge StackTrack not only fits Wilson and Koko but other trains in their series. They are manually pushed up and down and around through the track and through obstacles as they go. There are gates they can crash through, and boulders that drop down on them.
We had such a great time with the Chuggington Chug Patrol DVD and the Rocky Ridge StackTrack Playset. They kept Goonie happy for hours as he got to play with some of his favorite trains!
TOMY is giving one of my readers a copy of Chug Patrol and the Rocky Ridge StackTrack Playset for their little one. Be sure you read how to enter below!
