Christmas Stories, Wassail and How the Stone Castle Hotel is the most Magical Hotel at the Holidays #bloggingbranson #ozarkmountainchristmas

Whenever you’re traveling, the hotel is usually just a place that you’re sleeping at after a full day. But we’re always on the hunt for a nice hotel, that stays within our budget and gives us a unique experience. We were invited to stay again at the Stone Castle Hotel and Conference Center where themed rooms are just the beginning of the guest experience. The mid-level budge hotel offers rooms as low as $79 a night, two pools, an arcade for kids and a hot breakfast every day for guests. Even if you’re not staying in one of their themed rooms you have a comfortable and clean room with one of your families meals taken care of.

Snuggle Up an Listen to Holiday Classics From Local Stars

Would it be the holiday season without Christmas stories by the fireside? It seems like that is something of the past. But now and through the holiday season you can sit around the fireside and hear stories just like when you were a kid. Each night, a different act from a local Branson show comes out and will read stories to the guests at the Stone Castle Hotel. From rescue dogs, to singers and dancers – join fellow guests for a magical moment.

Come down in your pajamas, grab a cup of warm wassail and hear your favorite Christmas stories before you snuggle up in your bed for the night.

A Hotel that Treats their Staff and Guests Like Family

The Stone Castle Hotel and Conference Center is a family owned hotel – it’s not a chain like many other hotels you may stay in. Not only does this allow them to offer guests more amenities like a hot breakfast every day, two pools and a variety of themed rooms. But being a one off hotel also allows the hotel to focus on their staff and their guests more like family.

The Stone Castle Hotel takes suggestions from their staff, provides them with room to grow and encourages their involvement in the hotel. Each morning their staff can have a warm breakfast. Their commitment to their staff, means their staff stays on for years and works with the company for years to come.

As a guest at the Stone Castle Hotel you may expect the normal things at a hotel to happen, and yes, you will get a clean room, a warm breakfast and free parking. But you also get treated as if you are part of the family as well. On my most recent stay at the Stone Castle, I had an unfortunate accident the first day of the trip dislocating my patella and making it hard to move around. Not only did the hotel provide me with a wheel chair I could borrow during my stay, but the staff helped me to my room and brought me bags of ice so I could take care of my leg each night after we got back to the room. I’ve never had a hotel that’s staff that took the time out of their schedule to not only give me personal care, but to make sure that my stay in Branson was not hindered by my recent injury. I will forever be appreciative of the personal care given by the staff and owners of the hotel during this trip.
