It’s St. Patty’s Day, everyone is out partying and celebrating. If you’re staying in and still want a drink I have a super simple and easy drink for you!
I’m currently working on reviewing Partida Tequila, and in my opinion tequila goes best in margaritas. But I don’t want to spent all of the time crushing ice, or mixing everything in a shaker. Instead I made an easy margarita at home.
Honestly, I love margaritas over ice instead of blended, but I never keep all of the ingredients on hand. But to make a sweet margarita at home, you don’t need all of the ingredients, it’s as simple as two!
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops of Lime Sherbet
- 1 shot of Partida Tequila – I used Blanco
Directions:
- Scoops you sherbet into the glass. Pour your shot over top.
- Allow the sherbet to melt slightly and the flavors will mix together.
- Enjoy!
Now, since you are using sherbet this will be a sweet drink. That’s why I call them candied margaritas. But they are delicious! Be careful when making these, they can be addictive!
