One of the things we want to to do when it comes to our pets is make sure they look and feel as fabulous as we do. It’s very important what chemicals we use on their hair and skin, sometimes they have worse reactions to certain chemicals than we do. But have you ever wondered why there are all those chemicals in the dog washes?

Happy Tails Spa Line has asked that same question and came up with some pretty neat products for your dog that are safe. One of their newest products is Bubbles ‘n Beads Shampoo and Conditioner, and it’s pretty neat!

Happy Tails Spa sent me a bottle of Bubbles ‘n Beads to review, now in the past I’ve heard of dog shampoo – but never a conditioner! So I had to do a little bit of research on the product. According to their site:

“Revolutionary 2 in 1 shampoo with micro-encapsulated conditioners and vitamins. The beads penetrate the fur, burst against the skin nourishing the follicle and creating hair that is healthier and more manageable. The beads also act as an exfoliator and help dislodge dirt and debris, like sand.”

Bubbles ‘n Beads is made with 11 Amino Acids. That sounds like a lot for a shampoo and conditioner you use on your dog doesn’t it? But these 11 Amino Acids help bring out your dog’s coat natural shine. It is also combined with a coconut based surfactant so the product cleans their coat but doesn’t strip the natural oils.

Now that sounds pretty fantastic to me! We tested the Bubbles ‘n Bark shampoo and conditioner on a friends dog Sadie. Sadie is a 9 year old Maltese, and always likes looking her best!

So how did it work?Sadie enjoyed her bath and so did we – the shampoo has a nice fresh scent that lasts past just bathtime!  Everything rinsed clean and easily.

After Sadie was dried we even combed her out. The conditioner part of the Bubbles ‘n Beads made any tangles come right out. It was an easy bath and brush out! Sadie was happy to be clean ahe her coat was bright with a healthy shine.

  4. I would love to try this on my 4 Pits! So loveable and awesome! Oldest to youngest is Layla (my blue pit), Chico ( Black and sweet pit), Princess (which is my daughters brindle) then last Bella ( also a brindle) I bet they would also like to try it 🙂

  8. My “doghter” is an 11 year old Border Collie and Huskey mix and her name is Nikki. She has one blue and one brown eye, and has saved us from one house fire and one “would have been a” house fire! We rescued her, and she repaid us many times over!! 🙂
