When I first started making juice for our family – I found that a lot of the more traditional juicing recipes were a little too harsh for everyone. They liked it sweetened some naturally. And when possible, I sneak more veggies in. But I found quickly that a mixture of apples and berries in our juice could balance out almost all of the strong flavors from veggies that seemed too harsh. So we ended up with a berry apple juice mix that not only is full of flavor, but helps kill that sweet tooth for junk food!
- 4 apples, cored and quartered
- 2 cups grapes, washed
- 1 cup blueberries, washed
- 1 cucumber, ends removed and cut in half
- 2 cups spinach,washed
Directions:
- Push all of your ingredients through your juicer.
- Refrigerate and shake to enjoy.
- This will make 3 pint jars of juice – or three daily servings!
