Australia is one huge country that the majority of us will never have the pleasure of exploring, purely because it is so big! The people who live in Australia are truly blessed, and it is easy to see why so many US and UK citizens emigrate to Australia each year. However, if you do get the chance to explore this amazing country, you need to make sure you do it right. It’ll truly be an adventure of a lifetime if you manage to tick all of these cities off your list when travelling to Australia, have a read on to see if they tickle your fancy.

Perth

Perth is one of the most popular areas for tourists to go to. It is just truly beautiful, and there is so much there to do for both families and couples alike. It’s such a big city, and you would benefit from car hire in Perth if you’re looking to get out and about to see everything. One thing you’ll notice as soon as you get to Perth is the amazing atmosphere, and the people there are just lovely. There’s plenty to do there in terms of food and drinks, and all establishments are so clean, just like they are all over Australia. You can enjoy a lovely stroll down Swan river one day, or head to the zoo the next to see some of the most amazing wildlife. That’s why it’s perfect for families, especially those with older children. You can have the perfect mix of days out, and don’t forget the relaxing days on the beach soaking up the sun.

Gold Coast

The Gold coast is perfect for those seeking a bit more fun, compared to the relaxed life of Perth. It’s more designed for families and couples as there’s just so much to do. Imagine Miami, but on the other side of the world. Again, there’s plenty of things to do in terms of food and drinks, but there’s probably more of a bar and club scene at the Gold Coast compared to Perth. One of the main attractions that brings in so much custom is Sea World. Famous for being housed in America, travelers go nuts when they find one of the Gold Coast. You should definitely try your hand at surfing on one of the local beaches if you go at the right time of year. It’s always so much fun and the water is lovely and warm in the summer.

Adelaide

So, from the hustle and bustle, back to something a little more relaxing. If you’re looking to be at one with nature, Adelaide is your place. There are some beautiful botanical gardens for you to have a wonder round, including hiking trails deep into forests, and relaxing coastal walks that will leave you feeling refreshed. For a little bit of family or partner fun, Adelaide zoo should be on your hit list. It is just as big and as fun as the one in Perth, it just might not be as busy!
