Arctic Zero – Product Review and Giveaway!

Arctic Zero Ice Cream
Having healthy, tasty snacks around the house is always important. But sometimes we want more than carrots or fruit. I don’t think there is a person out there who doesn’t occasionally crave sweets. So why not indulge  stick to your diet and not have to worry about your dietary restrictions? Sounds a bit insane right?
Let me introduce you to Arctic Zero – they recently sent me some of their products to try. I was very interested to try their products to begin with since they are gluten free – not every main stream ice cream is, so there are several flavors we don’t have in the house!

I mean how often do you find a flavor like cookies and cream that is gluten free? I can answer very quickly – almost never! To find it in the list of flavors Arctic Zero offers was exciting.

Right now their current flavors are:

  • Chocolate
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • Coffee
  • Cookies & Cream
  • Mint Chocolate Cookie
  • Strawberry
  • Vanilla Maple
  • Pumpkin Spice (Seasonal)

Of the current flavors – they had some of my favorites. I’m pretty much in love with anything Pumpkin flavored. So it was one of the first ones I had to try. It had the great pumpkin flavor I love and a bit of the spices so it was reminiscent of pumpkin pie filling. Simply Delicious!

We tried some of the other flavors as well Cookies & Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Strawberry. I really liked the strawberry and my boyfriend was a bit unsure of the Cookies & Cream. I think he wanted a bit more cookie in it! But they were a great treat to have – and it was nice knowing I could have them.

Besides being gluten free Arctic Zero’s frozen desserts are also Fat Free, Suitable for the Lactose Intolerant, contain natural and organic ingredients, Low Gycemic, Kosher, Non-GMO and great for kids since they don’t contain sugar alcohols. And the best part – the whole pint only is 150 calories!

Now, Arctic Zero also has some premium bar desserts. Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and orange pops all covered in chocolate. I simply love these – and will admit I was sad when they were gone. They remind me of a sherbet pop covered in chocolate. And just like the pints of ice cream, they’re gluten free. The dessert bars are only 85 calories each!

I love that I can trust the products fit within my gluten free diet, and aren’t overloaded with extra additives to make up taste factors. While not every flavor was for us – he was a bit more critical on some than I was – I love the variety of the flavors. It’s a refreshing treat to be able to have desserts I can trust and to have them on hand!
