Afternoon Boost Juice Recipe

homemade juice recipeI find when I want a quick snack in the afternoon, I tend to run for junk food. But why do that when you can have something that’s delicious and good for your body? We make juice in our house to help boost our vitamins, not as meal replacements – and honestly I crave less junk when I have at least one glass of juice a day. That doesn’t mean I still don’t hit up the chocolate when I need it, just I tend to need it less. So this is my afternoon boost juice – full of vitamins and things my body needs, and helps me go from running a business during the day, to teaching at night.
