I wanted an easy dinner tonight, and my boyfriend gave me his usual request “Chicken and cheese”. So I went to a recipe my mother sent me. It’s only 5 ingredients, and I made it gluten free. It’s full of flavor and extremely easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4 fillets)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- In a small bowl combine your garlic and olive oil and mix it together. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- In another small bowl mix together your bread crumbs and cheese.
- Dip your chicken in the oil mixture then into the cheese. Use your hands to pack more on top. When your chicken is well coated, place in a glass baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour until done.
