If you offer me guacamole at a restaurant, or at a party I’ll be the first person to push it away! I’m strongly on camp “no avocado”. Let’s just say it’s a texture thing. But with Cinco de Mayo coming up, I made some to go with our dinner and this simple 5 ingredient recipe was not only delicious, but something I wanted more of immediately. How could such a simple recipe change my mind? I’m not sure – but I’m glad it did!
I was sent an avocado slicer from IMUSA, and honestly had to figure out how to use it! It was extremely easy to use and all of the fruit came out easily, making my first attempt at guacamole a cinch!

Enjoy with chips, veggies or your favorite dish! It’s really that easy 🙂
