I love drinking tea, but it’s hard for me to do often. It’s not that the variety of flavors aren’t out there, it’s more a mess problem. Making tea is easy enough, but once I buy the packets they get separated from the box, and get shoved in the back of the cupboard. I unearth them eventually, but it may be weeks or months later. The small packets can quickly and easily get lost when I pull new boxes out of the cabinet.

So, when I do get flavors they have lived in their boxes until the last one in gone. It takes up a lot of space, and pretty soon the cabinet gets full and cluttered. Especially this time of year when there are a lot of fun seasonal flavors out there. To help with organizing my tea, Youcopia sent me their TeaStand to review.

Youcopia’s TeaStand is a single unit that doesn’t require any assembly. The compact unit holds over 120 packages of tea and will fit in your cabinet all in one compact unit. No more stacks of tea boxes in the cabinet, or on the counter. Or having one or two bags of tea left in the box hiding in the back to get lost.

The TeaStand has 12 clear plastic bins for your tea. Each one is removable, washable and can be re-arranged however you want them. One of the best parts is the bins are dishwasher safe. Actually the whole unit is dishwasher safe, if you’re lucky enough to have one. It’s simple and clean design can be used as a display on your counters as well.

The clear bins hold regular sized tea bags and specialty sized bags. The only draw back I see if if the bags aren’t labeled you may not know which flavor is in what bin. But you could easily write on the clear plastic bins with a dry erase marker and change it as you change your flavors.

The TeaStand fits in pretty much all cabinets. Our lower have a support beam on the lowest shelf, this makes the TeaStand sit on a bit of an angle but the door closes easily and inside the tea is organized and neat. I like how little of a footprint the TeaStand provides much more inside the cabinet and that my tea flavors wont get lost and never found again. It is perfect for the tea drinker in your life, and it’s durability will last for years to come.
